This page describes how Vistiqo handles information related to its website, V2 guest apps and host dashboards.
Who we are
Vistiqo is a premium hospitality digital concierge product. Contact: support@vistiqoapp.com.
What we collect
On vistiqoapp.com we may collect basic technical data (such as device, browser, language) needed to deliver and improve the website. We do not require accounts to browse the public site or the demo.
V2 guest apps
Published guest apps are available on each property's public guest URL and may show rooms, stay information, services, local guide entries, reviews, QR access and WhatsApp actions. They do not require guest login.
Maintenance and reviews
If a guest submits a maintenance report or review, Vistiqo processes the information provided in that form, such as description, photo, urgency and contact details when supplied, so the property can respond.
Automatic translation
Vistiqo translates host-edited content (rooms, stay info, services, recommendations) into the languages active on the property, and translates guest-submitted text (maintenance reports, reviews) into the host's dashboard language. Translations are processed via a managed AI gateway and stored alongside the original text.
Host dashboard
Hosts use the dashboard to manage brand, cover and gallery images, rooms, stay entries, services, local guide content, QR Studio assets, Google review URL and WhatsApp concierge details.
WhatsApp requests
When a guest taps a WhatsApp action, the conversation is handled directly by the property on WhatsApp. Vistiqo does not store the content of those messages.
