This page describes the basic terms of using vistiqoapp.com and the Vistiqo digital concierge service.
Service
Vistiqo provides digital concierge web apps and guest information tools for hotels, apartments and villas. Physical hospitality services are provided directly by each property or third-party partner.
V2 modules
The service may include Rooms, Stay multi-entry, Services and local guide with photos, Maintenance reports, Reviews and Google CTA, QR Studio, WhatsApp concierge and Brand/Cover/Gallery management.
Offer
Vistiqo plans start at €23/month with no activation fee. Current public plans support 1, 5 or 25 properties depending on the selected tier. Final terms are confirmed before activation.
Responsibilities
Each property is responsible for the accuracy of the content shown in its own guest app, including Wi-Fi, rules, recommendations, services, rooms, pricing, photos and WhatsApp destinations. Vistiqo provides the platform and the digital experience.
Liability
Vistiqo is not liable for services delivered by properties or third parties (transfers, restaurants, experiences, etc.) booked through WhatsApp links.
