Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?+

No. Vistiqo's WhatsApp links work with any WhatsApp number — Business API is optional for automation.

Can I route different requests to different numbers?+

Yes. Reception, housekeeping, services and owner can each have their own deep link.

Does it pre-fill the message?+

Yes. Each WhatsApp button pre-fills a context-aware message like 'Hi, I'd like to request late checkout for room 204.'

Is this GDPR-friendly?+

Vistiqo doesn't store the chat — guests message you directly via their own WhatsApp client. Consent is implicit when they tap to send.
